On 19th October 2024, starting from 6 PM, we will be hosting a unique program titled, "The Vedic Way of Corporate Governance", with Advocate Shri Sanjeev Kumar Baliyan as our esteemed speaker. His brief profile is appended below. Corporate Governance is crucial in shaping both the social and institutional frameworks within a business.

    A well-established governance system cultivates a culture of ethics and fosters integrity, which, in turn, ensures long-term sustainability, accountability, and success for organizations. What sets this program apart is its focus on the ancient Indian roots of Corporate Governance. Many principles governing ancient kingdoms bear remarkable similarities to modern corporate governance structures. These are extensively documented in ancient texts such as the Vedas, Nyaya Darshana and other ancient texts. Drawing from his vast research, Adv. Sanjeev Kumar Baliyan will share insights on how the principles from these ancient legal systems remain relevant in today’s corporate world. He will highlight how these timeless ideas can be effectively applied to modern-day business challenges, helping organizations navigate change and seize new opportunities.     NMA is organising host of programs for our members. This time we are pleased to announce a very important program on 7th September (Saturday) 2024 beginning at 6: 00 PM in NMA House on the Subject “LIVING LIFE BY DESIGN NOT BY DEFAULT”. The speaker is Shri Akhilesh N Singh, author of the Book “Design Your Life”. His profile is given below.

As part of its discourses, eminent speakers CMA and cheif Guest Manoj kumar Anand former Pricipal Advisor (Cost) Govt of india, CMA/ CA S/Shri Parmanand Goyal and Sandeep Mittal have been invited. The main focus of the discussion shall be the changes on previous Budget and the present Budget 2024-25. You are requested to kindly participate in the program in NMA House at C-20/6A, Sector 62, Noida. A line in confirmation shall be highly appreciated.

    We are pleased to inform you that NMA is organizing an evening program on 9th March 2024 from 5PM to 7 PM in NMA House C-20/6A, Sector- 62 Noida- 201301 as “Women's Day Special”- “How to Establish, Administer a Start up Venture with a Purposive Mindset for Viksit Bharat” In order to thrive in today’s dynamic social landscape, fostering women's entrepreneurship is not just a matter of equality but very important for economic growth. To promote the vision and initiative of Viksit Bharat 2047, we must identify and recognize the underrepresented, educated and uneducated youth, women and elders to empower them in innovative ways such that they can be mobilized resourcefully for value creation with a purposive mindset. More and more women need to empower and involve in start-up ventures with a determined motive to achieve more for the well- being of all. For this they need to collaborate and think ways as to how they can do so. Hence, this session has been planned. We invite you to learn more through insights presented by these women who are working on serial startup ventures. This is a very relevant and useful program for all of us and a must attend program.     Greetings from Noida Management Association.
    Every year NMA organises a “Social Services and Feeding the Poor Program" as part of its activities. Being a non-profitable organisation, NMA has exemptions under 80G of Income Tax Department for donors. This year it has been decided to distribute Blankets to the poor in view of acute cold.

    We appeal to the members to donate for the Social Cause liberally. Such members who want to contribute may kindly send the cheque in favour of Noida Management Association. The date of distribution is fixed on 31st December 2023 (Sunday) at 11 AM in NMA House. For online payment bank details are given below as enclosed.
